1.RESPONSIBILITY POLICY:
1.1 Entertainers and Mad Monkeys Event inc. Are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by guests during the performance.
1.2 Parents or legal guardians must attend to all kids.
1.3 Customer is responsible for providing appropriate conditions of event place: easy access, enough space for entertainment, changing room, water for entertainers, and parking spot for commercial van within 50 ft from the event facility.
1.4 Customer is responsible for managing the party details with facility management. (certificate of insurance request, delivery hours, setup/breakdown hours, parking for a commercial van)
1.5 Entertainers and Mad Monkeys Event inc. are responsible for providing a good quality service to make the customer happy. However, entertainers and Mad Monkeys Event inc. are not responsible for service delays or lousy quality if the customer does not provide appropriate conditions for entertainers.
2. PAYMENT POLICY:
2.1 Customer pays the total amount in USD before the event date via credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash.
2.2 If the customer extended the services during the event, the customer agrees to pay all additional fees via cash or card.
2.3 Entertainers do not provide change. Please try to have the exact amount due at the time of payment.
2.4 If the venue requires payment for parking, the customer is responsible for the charge.
2.5 The Minimum payment for character services is 1hr. Payment.
2.6 Customer can extend the service during the event if entertainers are available and agree with the manager. Payment for service extension can be made by cash or card on the day of the event. Customers need to pay for every 30 min of service extension.
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
3.1 A 50% Deposit is required to reserve our service. In case of event cancellation, the customer can use any given deposit or payment as credit for any other event within one year as long as the event date is available and approved by Mad Monkeys Events.
3.2 First date change is complimentary. We will add $100 fee for any other date changes.
3.3. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event to save your deposit as a credit.
3.4. There is no refund in case of high-quality, timely, and complete provision of services.
3.5 There is no refund if the party need to be canceled at the customer's fault. (did not provide the parking spot for a commercial van, did not validate entertainers' entrance, did not provide a certificate of insurance request for the facility etc.)
3.6 There is no refund if weather conditions canceled the party. All the payments made will be kept as credit for a future party.
3.7 Customer will have a full refund within seven business days if the party was canceled by the entertainer or Mad Monkeys Event inc. fault.
3.8 Customer can have a partial refund in case of unpleasant service provision, but only after the management of Mad Monkeys Event inc investigation.
3.9 If the client cancels the party 30 calendar days before the event date, he can receive a full refund of the deposit.
3.10 There is no refund or credit for party cancelation or rescheduling by the customer's decision during the Holidays. Mad Monkeys Event inc. has a right to keep the payment complete without a refund or giving credit if the party was booked for a holiday such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.
4. TRAVEL POLICY:
4.1 If the event is located more than 20 miles away from the Mad Monkeys Event inc. office, the customer is responsible for covering the travel expenses described below:
4.2 Car travel expenses.
The price for travel by Mad Monkeys Event inc. car may vary depending on the event's distance.
4.3 Daily meal expenses.
$100 daily meal for each team member (does not apply for 100 miles radius from the office)
4.4 Flight tickets and baggage expenses.
The customer has the right to purchase flight tickets for all team members or provide them with cash value upon verbal agreement with Mad Monkeys Event inc.
4.5 Car rental expenses. Mad Monkeys Event inc. has a right to choose the rental car upon the entertainers' needs and capacity. Car rental value takes place upon verbal agreement with the customer.
4.6 Stay expenses.
The customer has the right to purchase Hotel stay during performance days for all team members or provide cash value upon verbal agreement with Mad Monkeys Event inc.
4.6.1 The Hotel must be within 10 miles radius of the event location.
4.6.2 The minimum comfort stay purchase must be a "four-star" hotel. If there is no such comfortable hotel within 10 miles of the event location, a "Three-star hotel" or Airbnb option must be verbally agreed with Mad Monkeys event inc.
4.6.3 NO motels or hotels less than 3-star comfort can be agreed with Mad Monkeys Events inc.
4.6.4 If the arrival/departure flight time is less than 4hrs before/after the performing time, the customer needs to accommodate additional stay for all team members.
